RW Supply + Design’s mission is that we exist UNTIL EVERY CHILD IS HOME. Real Wood Floors began it’s missional involvement through supporting Shepherd’s Field Children’s Village – a facility in China providing care for orphaned and abandoned children. When a child is unable to have a relationship with their biological parents, their risk of abuse, trafficking, incarceration, homelessness, and suicide increase exponentially. Not all orphaned children are available for adoption – nor is adoption the best fit for every child. Instead, good family-based facilities, providing the care and attachment of at least one adult, can give kids the safety and security they need. Our work has involved building and renovation projects and monthly support for existing homes. The goal in supporting these facilities is to support organizations that are already providing a home to children in need. Our ability to work until the day that every child is home is solely because of the work we do each day.

Work Connection
RW Supply + Design is working towards the day that every child is home. Our current goal is to be involved in the lives of 100,000 individuals. While we believe that every child should have the chance to grow up with their biological family, we also realize that some children will not have that opportunity for multiple reasons. Adoption grants are one way that we seek to make certain that each child experiences HOME. To date we have been involved in over 100 adoption grants.
