RW Supply + Design’s mission is that we exist UNTIL EVERY CHILD IS HOME. Cambodia is a notorious hub of human trafficking…children and adults are trafficked in the most horrible ways possible. At-risk children in Southeast Asia are some of the most vulnerable people on earth. Many have experienced evil that is unimaginable.

Yet, where there is evil, inspirational leaders find solutions. AIM is one of the best examples of going upstream. Don Brewster (the founder of AIM) realized that in order to solve a complex problem like trafficking, he needed a wholistic approach. In the neighborhood outside of the capital of Cambodia, children as young as 4 were being trafficked to local brothels. Horrified, he started by saving the girls who were being trafficked…getting them out of the brothels and into schools. Then, AIM looked at ways of providing jobs for families. So they started a business center for parents to make money for their children.

Even with the above solutions…children were still being trafficked. Sadly, sex trafficking is very lucrative. So, AIM looked further up river. They realized that in order to prevent trafficking, the traffickers needed to be stopped. They developed a SWAT team to put traffickers in jail. And, they realized that aimless teen boys (with no future), were becoming traffickers. So, they developed a gym. These boys are allowed to come into the gym, expend energy, and develop relationships with the male coaches. These young men were given a much better purpose…such a great example of going upstream to find solutions!

The ability to work until every child is home, transforming lives and communities, is solely because of the work that you do each day!
