RW Supply + Design’s mission is that we exist UNTIL EVERY CHILD IS HOME. Poverty is one of the main reasons that children are abandoned; and our hope is that no child is orphaned as a result of poverty. Therefore, we have financially supported the Love Without Boundaries Catch Up class, which provides an education for children living in the Cambodian landfills. New to this class is 10 year old Ruth. Ruth loves that her classroom is clean and bright and full of beautiful pictures. She is a friendly talkative girl who is always chatting with her classmates and teachers alike. Her classmates have been helping to explain things to her which makes her very happy. Ruth recently moved to the landfill with her parents where she had studied up to grade 1only. Her parents decided to move as they could not find any work where they were living. Ruth is the oldest child in the family and learned about our school from her neighbors on the landfill site. At the weekends, Ruth cares for her younger sibling while her mother goes to work on the landfill all day long. The ability to support education and family preservation efforts, for children like Ruth, and work until the day that every child is home is solely because of the work that you do each day.
