RW Supply + Design’s mission is that we exist UNTIL EVERY CHILD IS HOME. For the past five years, RW Supply + Demand has been able to partner with Love Without Boundaries in Cambodia to support their efforts the help at risk children receive the resources they need…even in spite of the weather. Typically, September marks the end of the rainy season in Cambodia. But the heavy downpours and high levels of humidity showed no signs of ending this year. Consistent rain turns the unpaved roads into muddy obstacles! This makes transportation to and from the Love Without Boundaries schools a wet and dirty mess. By the time the children arrive at school, their once-bright uniforms are caked with mud. Sitting in those dirty clothes all day while learning must be terribly uncomfortable. I am so impressed with how these dedicated students continue to attend classes in spite of all kinds of adversity.

The LWB students are children living in the Cambodian landfills or with foster parents. All are living in poverty, which is one of the greatest causes of child abandonment. However, education is one of the greatest tools for children to break out of that cycle of poverty. Love Without Boundaries schools work to meet more needs than just education. They bridge the gap for children who need food or medical resources as well as offer teacher support for children experiencing trauma. The ability to support Love Without Boundaries and work until the day that every child is home, is solely because of the work that you do each day.
