RW Supply + Design’s mission is that we exist UNTIL EVERY CHILD IS HOME. November is National Adoption Month. We have been so fortunate to be part of many adoptive family’s stories. It is our belief that children always do best in families and we LOVE to see families pursue adoption. RW Supply + Design has a number of employees who have children who have joined their family through adoption. These adoptions have been both international and domestic adoptions. The domestic adoptions have been through both agencies and the foster care system. In fact, many of our employees are a wonderful resource for people considering adoption. They give honest and hopeful advice about the adoption process. To date, we have also given over 120 adoption grants to families outside of RW Supply + Design.

The primary focus of these adoption grants has been for families adopting children who are waiting for a family…sometimes they are living in an orphanage or foster care, or have a special need that makes them difficult to place. The cost of adoption is usually sited as one of the biggest barriers for families pursuing adoption. Our hope is that no child would every miss the chance to be in a family because of finances. The ability to provide adoption grants, and work until the day that every child, is home is solely because of the work that you do each day.
