RW Supply + Design’s mission is that we exist UNTIL EVERY CHILD IS HOME. Many of the organizations that we are involved with have kids who are the victims oft trauma, neglect, and abuse. One of the things that is so inspiring to us, is seeing these kids, who are the victims of extreme difficulty, helping others in their communities. RW Supply + Design helped Lifesong purchase a plot of land in 2022 for farming. This land will be used for a home for abandoned and at risk children in Cambodia. They will begin to grow their own food and gradually become more self sufficient. However, this group of children and staff have also developed some community projects and outreaches. They are providing education, haircuts, and hope to eventually use their farm as a resource for others in rural Cambodia. Every time this group of kids and caretakers goes to Cambodia to work on their land, they become more involved in the local community. However, it is not only the staff, it is also the kids. These two boys, who are in the care of Lifesong staff, are reaching out to children of Takeo, Cambodia by offering lessons and friendship. As this group of kids grows, so does their vision for the future – they have identified a local rice field that they hope to purchase. Through this field, their hope is that local families will not go hungry – malnutrition is a common problem facing children in Cambodia. The ability to work until the day that every child is home is solely because of the work that you do each day.
