RW Supply + Design’s mission is that we exist UNTIL EVERY CHILD IS HOME. Part of family preservation is to provide resources that support intact families. Sometimes these resources are large and sometimes they don’t seem very significant. A pair of shoes may not seem like a big deal for many families, but for Reagan’s parents one pair of shoes matters. Like many parents around the world, Reagan’s parents want a better life for their son. Reagan, has dreams of being a doctor. He attends school and his parents both work as farmers to make his education possible. However, with the small salary that they make, Reagan’s parents are unable to pay school tuition and buy Reagan shoes, so he walks to school barefoot. Love Without Boundaries recently partnered with The Shoe That Grows to provide shoes for 2000 impoverished children in Uganda. These shoes are adjustable and should last Reagan approximately 5 years. When Reagan’s parents heard that their son would be able to attend school and have new shoes, they were thankful and overjoyed. Being able to support families likes Reagan’s and contribute towards Reagan receiving an education and provides his loving parents the support they need. The ability to work until the day that every child is home is solely because of the work that you do each day.
