RW Supply + Design’s mission is that we exist UNTIL EVERY CHILD IS HOME. We provide monthly sponsorship for a home and two schools through Asia’s Hope (asiashope.org). We are committed to the work that they do and believe that their model is one of the best we have seen. We were able to visit the Asia’s Hope locations in PrekEng and Battambang, Cambodia. One of my favorite things about the kids at Asia’s Hope is that they are SO well attached. They are polite and engaging children and teens, but hang close to their ‘family’. These kids don’t want another mother or father…they have one. Asia’s Hope does their best to replicate a family environment for each child. And they have been successful!

Asia’s Hope has a commitment to every child in their program; they will be treated as a biological child is treated. As a result, children do not age out. If they are able to go to college or vocational school, Asia’s Hope finds a way to send them. The house mother at the home we sponsor (PE2) told me that she loves when her ‘university student children’ call her to bring their friends home on the weekends. Asia’s Hope is made up of former street children, victims of trafficking, orphans, and kids from the hardest places. Yet, they are full of anticipation about the future! Our investment in the kids at Asia’s Hope is invaluable…for each of them and the future of Cambodia. The more we are able to invest in these children, the more they will be able to do. The ability to work until the day that every child is home, is because of the work that you do each day!
